Standard Rates and Transit Time

By default, all orders are shipped via ground service. Rate calculations are based on package weight and destination.

The shipping chart below reflects normal shipping time for your order once it leaves our warehouse in Everett, Washington. We attempt to process all online orders within 3 business days.

  • Zone 1 — Northern Idaho, Northwestern Oregon & Washington
    1 business day
  • Zone 2 — Northern California, Southern Idaho, Western Montana, Northern Nevada, Oregon (all but NW) & Utah
    2 business days
  • Zone 3 — Arizona, Southern California, Colorado, Eastern Montana, Southern Nevada, North Dakota & Wyoming
    3 business days
  • Zone 4 — Hawaii, Northern Illinois, Northern Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Northern Texas & Wisconsin

Expedited Shipping

All orders, including expedited orders, require a 3 business-day processing time. Orders placed online after 8:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time will begin processing the next business day.

International Orders and Shipping

Compendium is pleased to ship worldwide through our partner, GlobalShopex.com. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your
shopping cart, go to view your cart, and choose the “International Checkout” option.  The global checkout page will allow you to see the cost for shipping and duties and taxes upfront. You may prepay duties and taxes when you check out or, pay upon delivery. If you prepay, there will be no additional funds collected upon delivery. GlobalShopex handles the international checkout and shipping, and will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, order status questions should be directed to GlobalShopex at customercare@globalshopex.com or 786-391-4868.

STANDARD SHIPPING arrives to your address in between 10 to 15 business days.
PRIORITY SHIPPING arrives to your address in between 5 to 10 business days.

Return Policy

For retail orders, Compendium accepts returns of unused items within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a full refund less the original shipping costs. No restocking fees will be charged.

For wholesale orders, we accept returns on products returned within 90 days. Terms and conditions apply. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions page of our Wholesale catalog for details.

If your items are damaged or incorrect, please call our Customer Service line within 10 days of receipt of product to report the damage.
